You just did something difficult,

and we’re so proud of you.

Would you like to help survivors step forward and share their stories with the world?

Why give?

  • MST stands for Military Sexual Trauma, which is defined as sexual assault or harassment that happened to those serving in the military or are a part of the military community. It’s more common than most people think, and it often goes unreported due to fear of repercussions.

  • MST is a well-kept secret in our military. Victims are often afraid to report what happened, because it could affect their house, safety, health care, career, or even lead to retaliation.

  • Your donation helps survivors access free tools to communicate clearly, set boundaries, and heal in their own time with a community of survivors that understand better than anyone.

  • You’re helping survivors share their stories through our podcast and empowering them after being silenced for years.

  • You’re making it possible for someone to say “this happened to me” and finally be believed.

  • You’re supporting a movement driven by survivors whose stories can change and save lives.

“Thank you for your donation. You’re helping me grow a platform rooted in truth, safety, and the power of being heard. Every story shared is a step forward toward erasing MST for good. Our community is so grateful for you!

  • If you care about truth, accountability, or supporting people who’ve been silenced by the most powerful system in the world, this matters. Survivors shouldn’t have to struggle or step into the light with their stories alone. Your support shows them that they’re not forgotten and their voices have an impact.

  • If you’d like to let them know about this show and its supportive community, please do! But please keep in mind that speaking up about MST is a deeply personal choice that each survivor has to come to in their own space and time. Many never tell their story, and that’s okay.

Please don’t push. What you can do instead is let them know that you care and are available to listen or even sit in silence with them when it’s too hard to talk. Your presence and continuing to show up for the survivor in your life goes much further than anyone realizes. Many times, your presence saves thei lives.
