The host

Rachelle Smith is a U.S. Air Force veteran, MST survivor, and the creator of The Silenced Voices of MST. After enduring PTSD, institutional neglect, and domestic violence, she founded the podcast to expose systemic abuse and offer real support to those still fighting for justice.

Her lived experience as both a service member and survivor brings clarity and urgency to each episode. Rachelle now uses her voice to help others reclaim theirs, offering tools for trauma recovery, veteran advocacy, and policy change.
